Challenge:

A leader in cloud-based compliance solutions aimed at improving science outcomes, Cayuse has been growing rapidly and is in the process of modernizing its software. Updating legacy products and bringing newly acquired properties in line with brand standards were some of the challenges that needed to be addressed.

Solution:

Working closely with the UX, engineering, and management teams, several components were designed while modernizing their products. User interviews and customer advisory boards helped identify feature requests and pain points and UX solutions were presented and refined that adapted to existing technology and directly addressed customer needs.

Result:

Working with the creative director and the design team, we created a set of flexible UX standards that needed to apply to several different products. Through discovery to the delivery of high-resolution prototypes, modern solutions were created to help align this company’s offerings and properly represent their brand.
