EXPERIMENTS IN NEW MEDIA
Future Fashion Ideation
This experiment explores how AI can serve as a creative engine rather than just output other artist's ideas. By feeding a series of carefully crafted design prompts into Stable Diffusion, I watched an endless stream of new silhouettes, materials, and concepts emerge within minutes, far faster than I could have drawn by hand. The result isn't about trend or taste, but possibility. It shows that while AI draws from existing knowledge, its recombination of form and texture can feel truly inventive. I'm not a fashion designer; I'm a designer who loves fashion and someone interested in how technology expands imagination itself.
Rear View Mirror
A cinematic study in solitude, fleeting connection, and the quiet grace of moving forward. Set in a modern city, two strangers cross paths in a place that hums with artificial awareness yet remains profoundly human.
Emotion, intent, and design literacy, not technology, give art its meaning. At times, the gestalt of AI is genuinely creative and more than the sum of its parts. As it stands today, emotional resonance still depends on human evaluation. In the future, AGI may change that, but for now, creative intelligence arises through dialogue between artist and system, not replacement of one by the other.
AI Film Process

Storyboard
Animated storyboards remain essential for shaping pacing, composition, and flow, just as they always have.
Color Roughs
AI can transform storyboards into color roughs, helping establish tone and palette while giving the system a stronger foundation for refinement.
Flux
Flux excels at evolving roughs into more realistic imagery, introducing natural lighting and the desired visual atmosphere.
Costume Design
AI is increasingly capable of generating and applying costumes and props that ground characters in believable worlds.
Character Consistency
Emerging tools now allow artists to reference multiple views of a character, maintaining visual continuity across scenes.
Final Synthesis
When color, character, costume, framing, and mood align, stills can be fed into AI for animation. These sequences can then be refined, color graded, and integrated into the project. Creating effective video still requires trial and error, but the tools for precise direction improve every day.
iBand: Vibe
This idea came out of the experiment: what if "function followed form?" It's part 3D and part AI, and the concept was simple, what if Apple made a bracelet-style mobile device? It would likely be voice-activated and use gravity sensors to keep important data facing the viewer. Large bracelets are traditionally worn by women. Not unlike over-the-shoulder bags, this project hopes to further narrow the differences between what men and women are comfortable wearing.
What's on the Inside?
AI has changed how technical projects get presented. Any product can now be broken apart into detailed exploded views quickly, showing components, assemblies, and construction in ways that used to require significant production expense. When trying to communicate the depth and precision of a project, this opens up a world of possibilities.
Revisiting Historic Sculpture
Nothing important ever changes, marriages, people of power, quiet moments of reflection. Throughout history, artists have captured the full range of human experience, freezing moments in marble with breathtaking precision. The poses, emotions, and ideas remain as vital today as they were thousands of years ago. As we explore AI's role in the creative arts, it's worth remembering that the fundamentals of craft, design, composition, color, form, are more essential than ever.
Light Study: Caravaggio in a Modern Frame
A re-imagining of Caravaggio's compositions set in contemporary contexts, preserving his mastery of lighting, balance, and human intensity. These works test the endurance of chiaroscuro, proving that his sense of drama, gesture, and light remains as vital in modern imagery as it was on canvas four centuries ago.

Geofile is a social media app focused on equity, the environment, and improving our communities. It includes logins, messaging, media uploads, likes, follows, everything you would expect from a social media app. It goes beyond a Twitter clone, supporting long-form content, news channels, and more.
AI Assisted Design
Having the ability to create high-quality photography, illustration, place products in scenes, and swap outfits on the fly is a great asset for designers. The days of dull stock photography are long behind us.
Style Transfer
Style transfer with AI has come a long way. Any video can now be processed to match an infinite number of styles. When trying to grab people's attention on crowded social channels, this opens up a world of possibilities.
