E&K, a provider of specialized wood products for commercial and residential projects were in need of a website to better represent the quality and expertise that they provide for their clients. Their goals included repositioning the company from a “supplier focus” to a “lifestyle brand” to better reflect their growing influence in the design process and the caliber of the customers that they now service.
Working closely with the stakeholders at E&K, we learned about the company’s history and plans for growth. As part of the design process, we engaged in several UX activities, including testing landing pages to determine the viability of a brand refresh. Based on data analytics, user testing, and interviews, we selected a hybrid solution that catered to both their business and marketing goals.
Our efforts have resulted in a modern, high-end destination for E&K’s clients and partners. The updated website positions the company as a leader in their industry and will enable them to better reach their ideal clients.
